We ship worldwide except Canada and French Polynesia.

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order.
If you are based in the United States, it will normally take between 8-10 days for your order to arrive. For elsewhere, it takes between 12-15 days.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate before placing your order.
International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.
At Zenna Gems, we believe that a used crystal belongs rightfully to it's first wearer, and that it's spiritual energies will be tainted if we attempted to resell them, even in perfect condition.
For that reason, returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed.
All prices listed on our website are in USD (US Dollars).
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days and we will be sure to get you the crystals you ordered.
We only accept payments via Paypal.
We do accept payment from Credit/Debit cards with PayPal as well.
We make every effort to protect your online information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure. Energy Muse is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.
Once payment has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation from us to the email you provided with your order details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which you have provided us to monitor its delivery activity.
We are unable to change shipping addresses or details after the order has been placed, so please ensure those details are correct before placing your order.
